The U3A Asia Pacific Alliance Core Group

After weeks of virtual meetings, the Core Group finally all met at Singapore
We are sure you will agree that 'togetherness' is important, and that usually means travelling. With the enormous growth of tourist visits to countries of the Asia Pacific region we believe there is an opportunity for third-agers to meet each other - and if you are planning to go abroad we hope you will take that opportunity to meet other U3A groups.

Finding them isn't difficult -- here's how that might be done...

The first place to look is on the 'World Links' page run by U3A Harrow in North London.
You can also get the names of local groups (and contacts) from the project MYU3A at http://worldu3a.org

GOOGLE will have lots of information about the city you want to visit - just add 'u3a' or 'elders' or 'retired' and research the results
All AP Alliance 'Core Group' members have agreed to help - each for their country. Contact details follow...
